Susan Ruff was an absolute perfect fit for us. My husband and I were relocating from Illinois to northern Colorado and didn't know where to start in the whole process. We were given Susan's name by another realtor and we are so thankful we ended up with her! When we met with Susan to look at homes, we only had 2 days, and Susan gave us her whole weekend and undivided attention. Not only did she show us over 20 resale houses and met with a builder, she helped us to get the lay of the land and familiarize us with the area. While our new home was being built, Susan was in constant contact with us, giving us updates, pictures and videos. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Susan has welcomed us to Colorado with open arms and we feel as though she is no longer our realtor but our friend.

About Susan Ruff
I grew up in a small community with a big heart in Southern Wyoming.As the daughter of loving and hardworking entrepreneurial minded parents. I learned early in life that I find joy in serving others and became adept at reading people and recognizing their needs. My strong work ethic, nurtured and solidified by the example set by amazing role models, grew as I pursued my business degree and continued volunteer work in my community.
I relocated to Northern Colorado in 2001. I had the opportunity to get more involved when raising our 4 outgoing children.
Opportunities to serve at the Fort Collins Mission, on HOA and PTO boards, at my local church, and that of establishing and growing several of my own businesses, have all provided me countless invaluable relationships and experiences. I found that my home life combined with life experience really elevated my ability to make and keep deep connections with others.
Living with the majestic views on the Front Range, each day I get to see and experience first-hand the countless blessings that surround me! I am driven to help provide others access to the security and joy that comes from finding the perfect home in the perfect community. Having an extensive and diverse background in both Real Estate and rental investment properties has allowed me to be well versed in the industry and eager to use my expertise for my clients.
My love of people, extensive service background, and knowledge of housing and our unique market all make me a well-rounded and exceptional Real Estate agent.
